EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
We hope that every good purchased at our online store will meet your expectations. But if this is not the case, you can exchange or return the goods within 14 days from the delivery date.
If you wish to exchange or return your item, you have to send a notification to us by e-mail „email@example.com“, state your order number and phrase „Exchange“ / „Return“ on the e-mail field “Subject”. Please note in your e-mail the good you wish to exchange or return, and reasons as well.
When making exchanges and returns of quality items, please bear in mind that any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them. When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the goods before proceeding to exchange or reimburse the returned goods.
Pack the goods securely, in the original packaging if possible, and enclose the invoice. Send your parcel by registered mail or courier with acknowledgement of receipt to the following address:

Include your name, address and telephone number next to the sender's details.
We also accept exchanges and returns at our warehouse to the following address: Medus str. 7, Ginduliai, Klaipėda dstr. LT-91276, Lithuania.
Bear in mind that in the case of exchanges and returns of good quality items, you shall bear the costs of returning the goods.
If you have received an item which is different to the one purchased or defective, we will replace such item with a similar item and reimburse shipping costs. If we do not have an item suitable for exchange, we will refund the amount paid for the item.
